structure and the second floor is traced from the front bedroom to the rear
bedroom.

Reconstruction
of the Kitchen and the Study.
Kitchen Island was dismantled and removed. Kitchen vinyl floor was ripped out and
sub-floor boards cut, re-nailed, and/or replaced.
Every room in the house, including bath and closets, had their carpet, or vinyl,
removed and their sub-floor boards re-nailed, cut, replaced, or all. Furniture
was moved from room to room as every room in the house was torn. The noise you hear is made by only two people using hand tools. Imagine living
for a little over a week, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with six people cutting, ripping,
and hammering floor boards using power and hand tools at the same time as four other people
using power and hand tools cutting and hammering wall boards.

Cut
in the structure baseboard.
Seen from the basement, a cut in the structure
baseboard made during the construction for an unknown reason. It was brought to Richmond American's local and upper management
attention before and after settlement in verbal, written, and pictorial form.
