Dear Madame/Sir:
We
are writing to you on the suggestion of Mr. xxxxxxxxxx. We have unresolved
pre-settlement and 90 day walkthrough issues as follows:
1.
Dead patches of grass (Pre-settlement and 90 day lists)
2.
Missing sod in the area of a relocated tree (Pre-settlement and 90
day lists)
3.
Dead and weed-infested area of sod. Area was soded after the 90 day
repair work since it was missed prior to settlement (90 day list)
4.
Loose and binding windows (Pre-settlement and 90 day lists)
5.
Noisy floor in the dining room (90 day list)
6.
Noisy stairs (90 day list)
7.
Leaky front and garage doors (90 day list)
8.
Leaky fireplace (90 day list)
9.
Exposed drainage pipe (new item)
We do not understand the need for us
to re-iterate in writing most of the items above as they have already been
documented in the pre-settlement and 90 day lists as well as letters to
your company. These are unfinished/in-progress repairs, not new warranty
work. We settled nearly ten months ago.
We are looking for a responsible and
prompt response.
