Dear Mr. xxxxxxx,

We have repeatedly asked for a plan of work and schedule of action items previously discussed and have received nothing. We are taking the initiative to supply you with one and ask you to provide us with a work plan, i.e. what items will be worked-on together on day 1, day 2, and day 3. This is so we can plan accordingly and be able to provide you with the requested work dates. Or are we expected to completely vacate the house for the duration of the repairs?

We have also inquired about how the gaps will be maintained at the bottom of doors after installation of the additional ½ inch plywood floorboards. Also, how would the hardwood flooring in the entry foyer be dealt with? Will it be replaced?

I hope you are able to provide us with answers to the above at your earliest.

For expediency, an advanced copy is being e-mailed to you.
